What is OCD?
OCD is an anxiety disorder.
OCD is caused when the subconscious mind becomes 'reprogrammed' to a 'higher than normal' benchmark anxiety level due to stressors such as bereavement, money worries, stress or divorce for example.
OCD is then activated through 'what if' thought processes which cause the sufferer to create 'OCD scenarios' with their highly creative minds.
These scenarios could cause the OCD sufferer to act up on them. This manifests itself commonly as compulsions such as hand-washing or tidying/cleaning rituals.
OCD can be cured simply and quickly by eliminating the subconscious anxious habit which fuels them.
